2.1Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your sd678 account. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

2.2Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sd678 account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. sd678 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential. You must notify sd678 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

2.3One Account Per Person

Each player may maintain only one active sd678 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, sd678 will close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances and pending withdrawals across all accounts, and may report the matter to relevant financial institutions.

2.4Account Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must contact sd678 support to update your account before the new number can be used for login, deposits, or withdrawals. sd678 is not liable for any losses arising from outdated account information.

3.1Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at sd678 is ৳100 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation. sd678 reserves the right to change minimum deposit thresholds at any time with prior notice posted on the Platform.

3.2Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 10 minutes for mobile wallet transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. sd678 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.

3.3Withdrawal Conditions

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion's terms. Funds received as bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that bonus before they can be withdrawn. sd678 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests that appear unusual or outside normal patterns.

3.4Declined Transactions

sd678 reserves the right to decline a deposit or withdrawal request in the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms. Players found to have engaged in fraudulent payment activity will have their accounts permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.

4.1General Bonus Rules

Bonuses are available to one account per household and per IP address. sd678 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where it is determined that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, and placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

4.2Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period, after which any remaining bonus and associated winnings will be voided automatically.

4.3Bonus Expiry

Unused bonus funds expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. sd678 is under no obligation to notify players of upcoming bonus expiry. Players are responsible for monitoring their own bonus balances and expiry dates within their account. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the account balance.

5.1Random Number Generation

5.2Sports Betting Rules

5.3Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or sports betting market, sd678 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. sd678 will not be liable for any loss of winnings, expected winnings, or other damages arising from technical malfunctions, including but not limited to server outages, connectivity failures, and third-party provider outages.

5.4Void Bets

sd678 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error, including but not limited to data feed errors, pricing errors, and human input errors. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's cash balance. sd678 will not honour winnings arising from bets placed on obviously incorrect odds.

Prohibited activities include:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market on the Platform
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same individual, whether under the same or different identity
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your sd678 account

7.1Age Restriction

You may not use sd678's name, logo, or brand assets in any promotional material without express written permission. Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may result in account termination and legal proceedings.

9.1No Warranty

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. sd678 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. sd678 makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.

9.2Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sd678 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, regardless of whether sd678 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3Cap on Liability

Where sd678's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, sd678's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1Termination by sd678

sd678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where: a player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity is suspected or confirmed; the player is found to be ineligible; KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; or the Platform is required to do so by a relevant authority.

10.2Termination by Player

You may close your sd678 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Account closure does not affect any obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.
